Did you know kids argue, on average, for 5 hours a day? This talk will show how kids can become independent, solve their own conflicts and build stronger relationships.  Aiza Faraz is a goal oriented and empathetic 14 year old. She loves to read and learn about historical culture and is fascinated by ancient artifacts. Aiza firmly believes in equality, which is why she is passionate about conflict resolution/alternative dispute resolution, being introduced to it at the age of 10 and perfecting her methods since then, Aiza is now the school mediator.
